My plants leaves has this white stuff on all of the leaves except one does anyone know what it is

Looks like dust and/or water spots, doesn't look like anything to worry abt.

From just one photo it’s hard to tell, but it could be some residue from insecticidal spray or it could be a pest of some sort like spider mites. Check closely for any webbing, moving spots, or shiny/sticky residue to see if it’s pests.

If it’s not pests, you can just clean the leaves off. if it is pests, youll want to quarantine the plant and treat 1x/week for 4 weeks with insecticidal soap.
