Hello, I was gifted this plant awhile ago and it is in a very bad shape. Anyone has an idea what plant is that?

It looks like some variety of succulent, maybe gasteria? It looks like it has been way overwatered and is rotting. Take it out of the pot and check the roots, anything brown or mushy cut off and then repot in a small pot with cactus soil. That orchid bard is keeping too much moisture in and isn’t providing much if any nutrients. If there’s green left, you might be able to revive it

It looks like a juvenile Blue Oil fern. Yes, overwatering and wrong soil.
