Leave them, don’t cut them, so you’ll have a big bounty next year.

Even if the leaves have died as well? Do I keep them in the soil too?

I was told in my master Gardner class to let them die back naturally and not to cut - otherwise you will get very few blooms next year. I don’t dig up any of my bulbs.
