Can anyone tell me what this is/if it’s alive? Bought a bunch of plant stuff altogether and this was planted on one of the pots. Not sure what it is but I popped it out and will replant if it’s anything good lol

Possibly a split leaf philodendron. I don’t have one, but my moms has a stem that looks like that

It looks like the roots are mostly in tact. I agree with the others. Plant it.
