Looks like a bunch of air plants! The longer hanging bit is Spanish moss, and it’ll turn ashy gray when it needs watered. you’ll know it’s alive because when you water it will turn bright green! I’d hang it in a bright, warm area and just take it down for a good 30 minute soak once a week. Air plants don’t need fertilized often, so once a month in the growing season is good.

Air plant needs misting regularly. They are very low maintenance otherwise.
