# Name selection contest for my new plant…the contenders are Yin Yang…

_Posted by Mikel’s Plant Posse on 2026-06-19_

Name selection contest for my new plant…the contenders are Yin Yang or Jekyll \& Hyde! Make your pick in the comments please!

Also, is this two plants smashed together? Or one plant with split personalities? (That might lean the vote toward J\&H…lol)

100% Jekyll \& Hyde! Love it

Jekyl and Hyde! Beautiful! I know the left side is a “Pink Splash” and the right side looks like a variation of that. Beautiful!

Fire \& Ice is what I thought when I first saw the pic. Though, I’m also liking Jekyll \& Hyde

Gemini, Harvey Dent, or Janus ... two sided beings

Good ideas, but Jekyll \& Hyde won in the end…

I pick Yin and Yang. I have both plants and they are quite beautiful. I named mine Angel (left) and Sylvie (right)

2 different plants together in one pot! I can’t have these- my cat thinks they’re better than catnip 🙄
