just got this aglaonema from the store today. has this hole in one of the leaves. any suggestions on how to help it out? new to plants and just want to help!

Due to the yellowing of the leaf it’s a goner anyways. I’d just snip it off or let it retire naturally. Just worry about taking care of the plant as a whole
