What should I do to help/recover this anthurium?

Hard to say, as we don’t know where it came from or any of its care. I would cut away all bad leaves though. Conserve energy for the healthy part.

The soil looks pretty wet so that might be it. Wait until the top 1/2 inch feels dry to the touch. Pot should have good drainage.  
the pale leaves suggest to me not enough light. I see some new leaves in the back - please let us know how those look when they open . I agree, cut away the pink and white leaves.

There’s something white on the stems/ Are those aphids?

Also, you could put it in indirect sunlight, that will give it more energy to grow/heal
