What's the temp like? Being near an open window? The 3 main things with seeds is Light, Moisture, and Heat. If you have a grow light + the window that's great. I'd be concerned with a draft drying them out, and being to cold near the window. You might consider a seed mat, to keep the temp warm for them. I usually try to hit 75 for seed germination. A lot will still germination. 67-70 is still a good temp. I usually have mine on the floor too lol. And I dont usually heat my apt very high. Which is why I opt for the mats.
