I would check the roots

When mine was doing that it was because I was overwatering. Definitely check the roots!!

Repot in bare minimum dry soil you can save it.

Keep it in indirect sun and keep  
Some humidity to it and also low watering let dry between watering.

check and see if there’s any root rot and if there are mushy roots, then chop them off and put it in a chunky soil mix. and if the leaf is soggy, then it’s overwatering if it’s dry, it’s not enough water.

Update

I replanted it in a chunky soil and took off about half the roots that were rotted.  
Should I cut off the browning leaf’s or leave them?
