I would cut it up and propagate it. There’s probably root rot. Cut the segments with nodes and place in a container with perlite and long fibered sphagnum, keep moist and you’ll have a bunch of new plants!

Definitely do what Ji11 said! Lemme just explain a bit more about what’s likely happening, this is a monstera adansonii, and being an aroid they need a more “chunky” aroid mix, instead of just compost.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that it is quite leggy, meaning that there are leaves on the nodes, this could be because that it isn’t getting enough light.

After you’ve propagated them successfully I would buy a small pot and use a soil mix from soil ninja. :)

I agree with above.. chop and prop.. then a better soil .. you’ll end up with a great plant 🪴
