I have one of these I found on the back of a shelf at a nursery and it’s growing UP lol

I have one too and it’s doing great although sometimes the tips of its leaves start to go yellow then brown, you have any tips stop it? It does this off and on so it isn’t the biggest problem

Ok it recently had some white stuff growing at the soil. I repotted it and cleared out all of the soil so I hope it’s gone. I think you are right, shoudl the plant go back to normal?
