Tips please! This is a newer plant for me and I’ve been getting into Hoyas lately! This new leaf coming in is so exciting but it looks odd?? I guess I also don’t know what it should look either. The lack of variation is lighting but the texture of it is strange? I don’t know. Other than that she is gorgeous. Thoughts please! 🪴

The new leaf looks like it got too dry when emerging. I would snip it to stop wasting plant energy. Then, place the plant near an east or under a grow light. 🪴🍀

Got too dry like under watered? It’s off to the side of a south facing window right now

It could be under watered based on the wrinkles. It doesn’t look like pest damages. The tender new growth is typically affected first in cases of under watering or over watering.
