# Strange question I have a 10,000 lux light that I use in the morning…

Strange question  
I have a 10,000 lux light that I use in the morning to help with my circadian rhythm (mimics sunlight exposure). I was wondering whether this could be used as a grow light?  
Unsure of what the difference is between a grow light and regular lightbulb.

If its full spectrum, yes

The main difference are the colors the light offers. White or warm white don't have much to offer as far as growth.
