HELP!!!

I believe this is an imperial green? It was gifted and the tag said ~assorted foliage~

I repotted it for the first time since it was gifted and it was pretty root bound and hydrophobic but is still producing new growth! I soaked it so I could repot it but it’s still super top heavy and falling over.

PLEASE HELP🙏🏻🫶🏻

Hold it like your doing in pic 2, place the pot under your hand centered under plant with your left hand. Than begin to fill evenly around the roots as your hovering the plant in the center of the pot still. When you reach the top grab the plant with both hands cupped around the base of the stem in the shape of an O, push down gently while centering the plant into the dirt, how you push is how it will set, not too hard just enough for the dirt to grab the roots, if there is space for a little more dirt and some but leave space to add fertilizer unless your using liquid than fill er up.
