Need plant recommendations!! I just bought this gorgeous pot and am not sure what to put in it. I want something that looks like hair/snakes, I love this one I found on pinterest but I don't think it will work for my space. I live in a pretty small \& dark studio apartment, and the pot is so big it really only fits on this shelf, which is far from windows so I have grow lights on it. Does anyone have recommendations for plants that have a similar look that don't need bright light???

Medusa’s head is a perfect plant for a Medusa theme you’re looking for. It is a Euphorbia like the African milk tree, but grows like and has the same shape as the cactus in the photo on the right.

A philodendron or a pothos can grow with moderate light. Growth can be slow and leaves will drop if the light is too low.

Add more light and hoyas would work. Those head pots usually only fit a 4” or smaller diameter pot. Hoyas can grow long in a small pot. But, they need adequate. Hoya Lacunosa Mint is shown. Both in 4” pots.

Hoya Krohniana Black in 2 pots next to the Hoya Lacunosa Mint. All are in 4” pots. They all grew over 18” last summer.

Hoya Lacunosa Black Queen. I’ve only had it about 6 weeks.

I ended up getting a string of tears!! I'm obsessed🤩 Hoping it likes the light here or I might have to switch the plant but hoping it works out🤞🏻
