It’s wilted. They do this when thirsty. After watering it may take a day to revive. If it’s not dry, then you may have the opposite problem of overwatering.  
I don’t think that’s a calathea peacock plant. I believe it is a calathea white fusion.

They look totally different but care is pretty much the same.

Yes it’s a white fusion not a peacock. Yes same care. They are very thirsty babies. Based off my experience with my calatheas this one is underwatered as stated. Be sure to bottom water so they get a nice thorough drink. I also noticed that mine are so much healthier now that they never get tap water. They get filtered fresh dirty aquarium water.

Mainly just the look of the plant. I’m sure the requirements are similar.
