Good afternoon! Has anyone ever ordered plants off of this app? I just received two that I bought on sale and they are in pretty rough shape not even thinking that they will come back. I sent a photo to customer care but was wondering if they are pretty good with refunding money TY

The planta app? I didn't know they sold plants 🧐 I would imagine they would want to compensate you so that they didn't get a bad rep on this app or in general , I only order off of etsy or marketplace Amazon is suspect and hit and miss

I ordered five plants. One arrived dead. Contacted Planta and received immediate refund. That was a couple weeks ago. They are now sending me a replacement plant. To my surprise. One plant with one heat pack may make it. I’m hoping cause I have not been able to find this plant locally. It’s not rare but just not in local shops. As for the other plants. A syngonium hardly has any roots and much smaller than expected. The others were ok.

Well, that’s good to hear. Hopefully, they will refund at least for one of them.

Hopefully you took pictures of the damaged plants. They will want those.

I’m so sorry they had such a rough trip — fingers crossed they bounce back quickly!

I’ve ordered twice, 3 plants in total. They all arrived healthy and with pretty decent root systems. But there’s always a risk with ordering online 🌱

Agree. It’s a risk. I’ve ordered from other places with success but you never know. I was refunded.
