# I have dahlia bulbs that I winter over in my garage in large ceramic…

I have dahlia bulbs that I winter over in my garage in large ceramic pots outside. The white one has started to bloom, but the salmon one is not. Is there a fertilizer I could use to boost it into blooming this late in the season? Lots of green, but no buds or bloom yet. I had the same problem last year. I have used Alaska Morbloom (0-10-10) but it hasn’t done the trick.

Are they in the same pot? I'm wondering if it's a pH problem. I got a weirdly alkaline batch of potting soil once and noticed deficiency symptoms in my plants until I acidified the media a little.

No, they are in separate pots and were originally planted with the same soil.
