A plant at my office with a new leaf coming in! I just find it so fascinating and interesting! Only half of this one has unfurled. I’ll have to check back to see if the other half makes it open.

The humidity might be too low around the plant causing the new leaf to dry. You can try misting or wrapping the unfurled sections with a damp paper towel for a few minutes. Then, gently lift the edge a little to give it a start. Sometimes the dry edge seals like an envelope. 🪴🍀
