I have had a terrible time with BLACK SPOT on my golden mosaic. She’s been treated at least three times with neem, and I’m switching to a copper fungicide for the last spray, and maybe another spray after that. I’ve removed at least 3/4 of her leaves in the past couple months. With black spot, is it necessary to remove all leaves that are touched by that fungus? Also, if you can see those SPIKES THAT ARE DRYING UP, those are what’s left after I chop off a leaf, (see second photo ). Can those be cut off at the base; they’re sort of ugly, but I’m a bit afraid to do anything more that might harm her. Is there a SITE THAT EXPLAINS more than Planta does about this plant? She must belong to the prayer plant family, because she lifts, and lowers her leaves, at strange times of the day. She is a rather unusual, and interesting plant, and I’d like to understand her better. TIA for any more knowledge about her…🤗💚🪴  
PS. How do you make RED MARKS on a picture to show members the areas of your expressed concern?  
PS. She does have the beginnings of four new leaves, which I’m extremely happy to see! 🤗🤗🤗

That looks a lot like my Ctenanthe Lubbersiana. Yes, it's considered a prayer plant. So sorry about the black fungus! I hope someone can give some feedback. I am started to research plant info on Proven Winners website. Good luck!

Those spots don’t look like a pest problem. So, Neem oil won’t help.

They don’t look like fungus spots. My pic of hoya Obscura plants shows fungus.

It could be inconsistent water. My Ctenanthe plant recently got spots from going too long without water. I watered it too much afterwards and made it worse.
