Can anyone identify this plant? Google says euonymus. Apparently aka peperomia?  
It came in the bouquet my husband got me today for my birthday.  
Can I root a sprig?  
If so, how?

Yes, if it was recently cut and has a healthy node, you can try. You'd just take off the leaves near the node you plan to put in water, and pop it in. Ideally with some rooting powder or Prop Drops
