Which plant specifically are you referring to?

Strawberry shake philodendron

I do not have a philodendron, but from what I’ve read about them before, they can tolerate a normal to low humidity need, but won’t grow as well in it, so I would say a high humidity need sounds more like it. Hope this helps! (And you might wanna clarify you are asking about a philodendron by editing your post, to attract philodendron owners that can give you better insight on your plant)

I’d say it’s a high humidity plant, I have 2 philodendrons in a glass cabinet and the humidity is at least 60% and I still get leaves that come out damaged.
