# Love the new gifting feature in the app! In preparation for a move…

Love the new gifting feature in the app! In preparation for a move across country, I gave the majority of my humidity-loving plants to a local friend, and I actually felt a bit sad to have to “send them to the plant graveyard” on the app, when I know they are going to a lovely green-thumb home! In closing the loop of my time with my plants, it made me feel quite settled, happy, and gratified. 💝🪴

I wish they had implemented that feature sooner. I deleted a bunch of mine over time because I sell off my “extras” and I didn’t want to send them to the graveyard

Totally, I get it. I was happily surprised this evening as I went to do the same, and posted about it because if others (like me) were not aware of the feature, it’s nice to be able to capture it that way, as a different type conclusion 🌱💚
