do you all have any grow lights you enjoy/recommend? i keep hearing about soltech but i don’t wanna break the bank on a light.

I’ve had great results using Barrina T5 Grow Lights, the 5000K temperature. Good price for a pack of them, they’re daisy-chainable, and include other parts of the visible spectrum so your room isn’t just purple.

Interesting, which light on the spectrum do you prefer? I typically opt for purple w mine 🤷‍♀️

I’m a year into being a plant mom and these worked really well for me over the winter.

If you’re just looking to supplement, you can get away with a more affordable light, similar to what vicky posted. A lot of folks throw their nose up to them but I’ve had great success using them. I have white and purple lights and the plants respond more positively to the white ones.

GE grow lights are way underrated IMO. You can buy bulbs or 2-4 ft shop light styles; I love both. Very easy to swap into any light fixture, reasonably priced for how strong they are, and the white tone they give off is so much more pleasant than other grow lights I’ve tried.
