I’m a little concerned about my Dude. I cut and propagated a few weeks ago-successful. But recently I noticed the mother plant is browning. Over watered?

Overwatering is what the planta plant Dr says about the brown spots on my dude too, but honestly I notice that if I get any water droplets on the leaves instead of just purely into the soil, it browns. I’m really not sure why, but I don’t mist mine so maybe that info helps?

Ohhh!!! That could def be it. I’m a bit of a sloppy waterer in this one.

That is probably it but these leaves also don't age well. Don't be surprised if like the bottom ones are falling off, but if the leaf is from less than maybe 6 months ago it's prob smth else
