# This is my ficus Audrey. The bottom older leaves tips are turning…

_Lagt ut av Rhona den 2024-03-16_

This is my ficus Audrey. The bottom older leaves tips are turning brown and yellow. They even look like they are drying out. The plant itself is not even 2 feet tall. The top leaves are looking great. They’re bigger than the other ones. It’s in a south facing window.
I’m not sure what’s going on so if someone can help me? Is this normal? Thank you for all of your information.

Try pruning the ends of the leaves, make make sure not to overwater

Do you think it’s from over watering? It’s only in the older leaves the new ones at the top are fine. The leaves feel a bit papery or thin. They look a little crinkly

Maybe, I’ve had plants that did that before. If I left them alone they went back to normal after like 2 days. Different kind of plant though so I don’t know
