I got a desk grow light today,its brand is LBW and it had good reviews. It’s on Black Friday sale on Amazon for $18. It’s very bright, and you can see the different spectrums. The only thing someone may not like is there is no timer.  
You can get the upgrade with I think 72 LEDs as opposed to 48, it has a timer for around 5 bucks more. But 5 bucks wasn’t in my budget this month. 😉
