Im trying to get a fuller pothos that isn’t just long vines with a couple leaves at the end. Are these gonna turn into leaves or new branches?

Those are aerial roots, you can chop off your vine and put these aerial roots in water and they’ll grow roots. You then can put them back into your pot so your pothos is bushier and looks better. I do it with mine often. You can probably find a YouTube video for step by step guidance

I do the exact same! I propagate mine in water and then once they have decent roots poke them into the pot which keeps it so nice and full 🙌🏻
