Hello all,

I’ve had this cat palm tree for about a month now, and I just noticed some black spots on some leaves, not the majority but I was wondering what this might be. The plant gets pretty good sunlight, I wonder if the fact that the vent is above it might be an issue. Thank you for your help!!
