I have this pink Quill it has started turning green which I know is the normal cycle but what about the pups I think I have some growing within the mother plant. How do I go about removing soon or just leave it and let it grow like it is?

I usually let them get as large as possible before separating. But I've seen people remove small pups just fine too. They'll often just kinda of pop off
