I’m really stressing about this IV. I don’t know what to do. If I’m over watering it under and watering it if it needs more sun this is my favorite favorite plant. I need any and all help please

The white stuff on the leaves is it powdery or do you see any pest.. if you see webbing it’s spider mites

No, I’ve inspected it really well there’s no bugs. No, nothing it just is it just turning yellow and die off.

Have you checked your roots yet? The location for the plant it maybe be getting hit too hard with the sun you may need to try a new location. Get rid of all damaged leaves

It could be a number of things. Unfortunately the starting point would probably be taking it down and checking the roots. Since it's such a large plant this could be a little complicated and the process itself could be a little stressful for the plant. It may just need a trimming to encourage top growth. I think after a while it probably gets a little tired of holding on to all that heavy undergrowth and the top can get bare.
