It looks like the leaf is stuck. You could very gently pull it slightly to release it. There is a chance that you’ll damage the leaf, but they often get stuck and can’t unfurl properly. You can also hold a warm damp cloth around it to increase humidity, which might help.

They’re always getting stuck! If it doesn’t budge with a very gentle tug, give it a few more days before trying again.  
The damp cloth trick might work, too!
