This is my jade plant. Is there growth about to happen in the middle at the very top?

Yes! And as a lil tip, I would recommend bottom watering your jade plant, given the water droplets on the top of the leaves in your photo. Water being left on the leaves can attract pests and lead to powdery mildew buildup on jades. I keep all my jades in the south windowsills of my house where the light is brightest for it. Hope this helps!
