# Should I repot my plant or wait? I have this plant for 3 years now…

Should I repot my plant or wait?  
I have this plant for 3 years now and it’s outgrown out its pot. I just noticed that one of the 3 plants has some new growth. Can I still repot the other 2 or should I wait? This plant has never been repotted. For reference I added a photo of the new pot.
