looks pretty healthy to me. what's wrong with it?

They’re very droopy with a lot of dead shriveled flowers

Petunias like these need lots of water and fertilizer. Plus, they can’t take the heat. Verify the soil is dry , then, water. The trade name Supertunia are more heat tolerant. See the picture. Mine were good until temperatures hit 90°F.
