Preferably in spring time when it’s already producing new growth, unless you had grow lights then it doesn’t necessarily matter. If you mean growth wise, I’d say after its 4th - 5th node of growth to be safe. Hope that helps 😊 This is a picture of my Moonshine Ficus Elástica that I did the same thing to. I got it to trident 🔱 grow from one plant and then trimmed it all to get them to each bush as well
