It kinda looks like a pest issue, I'd check it over

I’m aware of that, I was hoping someone with experience would have been able to give me a more specific explanation, not the usuals. Thank you tho.

looks like a fungus issue!! or cold damage!

Def not pests. I repotted it and the drainage was affected so it could be slightly overwatered.
