I give mine one big gulp before winter and then again when it starts to get warmer!

It always depends on how you keep your plants.
If yours are under a grow light and the heat stays the same, there is virtually no difference with summer.
Thats the same thing for repotting.
You could always snooze it

I'm fairly new to this, but I feel like I've read that you should fertize them if they're 'actively growing' (which they would be under a grow light as per Snail Diva's advice) so I'm going to keep doing mine ones that I can still see little leaves on, but will probably stop soon.

Sorry I mean mine are not under grow lights, so I'm just gonna see what I think needs it and what I can snooze.

I’ve always heard you should still fertilize during autumn/winter but significantly less so either diluting the fertiliser or just fertilizing less often because the plants are still ultimately growing (just slower)

I don’t fertilize indoor plants that go dormant and drop leaves like oxalis, curcuma and roses. No need to feed a sleeping plant.

The plants that stop growing under grow lights get diluted fertilizer about once a month to maintain the lush foliage.

I fertilize the rest year round because they are putting out new growth, are still blooming and are in warm southern windows or under 12 hour grow lights. My house temps are in the low 70s all year round. The plants don’t know it’s winter except for the reduced hours of natural light. 🪴🍀
