Returned my SANSI bulb since I keep the plants in the TV room. It was like having the sun shine in the corner of my eye. It is rough since I know the plants like the bright light, but I like the plants in the room. I had one of those 5-armed gooseneck cheapies from Amazon and they were doing ok.

TL;DR - any recommendations for lights to have near the TV that won’t burn my retina?

How about running the lights overnight on a timer. That’s what I do
