Any tips on helping my oleander flourish. She’s been planted since September of last year, if anyone can help me with some advice

Where are you located? Oleander is pretty hardy, in CA they plant it in freeway medians. Needs very little water and tolerates pollution. Remember it’s extremely poisonous, though, keep kids and animals away from it.
