How do you guys fertilize all your plants? I have miracle gro — two types , the succulent one and the regular indoor houseplant one. I’ve also been using the super thrive vitamin spray. What’s the best way to go about using them correctly? ANY feedback is greatly appreciated 😭

I use coffee. I also work at a wastewater treatment plant so sometimes I bring home some primarily treated wastewater and use that but watered down. Lots of nutrients there.

I usually just water it down. I got it from my ma who has the greenest thumb. (She has banana trees in Nothern Wisconsin that are thriving). They seem to love the coffee. I’ve not had any die from it!

Perfect! Thank you! I’m gonna start doing that. Do you use grounds that have already been used to brew ?

Is that a monkey mask? Or little Swiss? Whatever the name is? I got one but my cat absolutely destroyed it. I was wondering. If the limb has already released it’s leaf. Is that it for that limb or can they grow more than one leaf.

I use the standard Miracle Gro blue fertilizer granules diluted 50% in water once a month in winter. Twice a month in spring to boost the new growth.

I add SuperThrive plant vitamins in spring with the fertilizer to help with the new growth.

I use Osmocote granules in the soil the rest of the year since it only lasts about 8 months. It’s convenient.

I add manure to my old large pots/plants since all of them are over 10 years old. I just work it into the top soil.
