I would cut the long stem off and propagate with the 2 leaves. Make sure its got node with it. Put it in water, or perlite or spaghnum moss then when its got roots you can stick it back in the pot with the other 2 leaves! #### Kassie님이 2025-08-01에 답변했습니다. I have it in water and pon. It is taking forever to get roots, unlike most philodendrons. I think it’s been three weeks. Checked on them today and the nodes are growing albeit slowly. Yours may not be a white knight. The striking characteristic of a white knight is the deep burgundy stems. Unless it’s because yours is etoliated. But still a beautiful plant. Yours may look better because I am disappointed that some of the new leaves have a yellow burgundy color in them. I would much prefer the white. Those are nodes. In the pot in the water, those nodes are growing into roots. I could have made more cuttings but wanted to increase my chance of success by just doing two cuts-one at base and then another higher on stem.
