I got this guy at a yard sale (free) and it needed tlc. It's doing much better now with lots of new growth but some of the old leaves don't look that good. Would you cut them off? I took a picture of the old leaves and one with new. And if you know what type of plant this is that would be great too. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving everyone

I'm guessing it's a Stromanthe Sanguinea, unlike the trio star, this would be the non variegated version 🤔 Is the underside of the leaves burgundy?
