# Vacation mode? Is there a setting in the app to indicate vacation…

Vacation mode?  
Is there a setting in the app to indicate vacation mode? If not would be a nice feature to have a start and stop date when we go away where the notifications and plant guidance is on hold.

I don’t think it has a vacation mode but you can share your plant list with a house sitter or family member to help you care for them while you are gone. They don’t need a premium membership to access your plants. You just need to give them permission.

They might water once or twice but won’t do progress updates, dead heading or fertilizer. I get 20-40 notifications each day for my jungle. Not sure what happens if I just ignore until I get back. Right now I just skip each morning.
