i got a plant from shaws and it said it was monstera. When i repotted i found these little things that look like corms any tips appreciated!

Never heard of monstera having corms… but maybe it’s a rhizome?? They are under zz plants and store water for the plant.

ohhh maybe thank you! i was thinking it wasn’t even a monstera for a bit

mature monsteras are able to fruit and create seeds, but it looks like yours is still young (and getting them to seed indoors anyway is quite difficult regardless of age). it is possible that these are seeds from the grower that didn't sprout- i'd pop them in soil just to see what happens! it might not work but they certainly look like monstera seeds to me! hope this helps!

monstera are flowering plants. those are seeds that have yet to germinate. you can try, but if they're in there, they're probably duds
