When you guys bottom water, how long do you leave them to soak?

Until i feel the moisture in the soil about an inch down

I go until the top soil is wet most often which is sometimes unintentional😅. Other times I leave just a little layer of dry soil on top!

I bottom water until the top soil is moist. Then, I remove it from the container of water to allow the excess water to completely drain out. 🪴🍀
