I’m trying for a Spider Plant Bonsai. Seen them on social networks so wanted to give it a try. You start off with an elevated pot inside another planter. Bottom is cut off of the inner pot. To be removed later….hopefully.

Ooh nice. I've been working on a similar technique with my ficus; he's going to be root over ruin eventually, but for now he's on a rock in a pot and working on gradually exposing his roots
