I grabbed this gal from a local nursery yesterday. Got it out of the tiny 2” round pot today but the roots are pretty wet and compressed! It seems pretty solid and doing well, but I don’t know much else about them.

Should I let it dry out a bit before repotting it?  
It’s a peperomia dolabriformis
