Changed my mind. Thrips.

Go nuclear for thrips. Jacks dead bug brew and Bonides systemic granules. Isolate the plant from the rest of your collection and make sure to check all you other plants thoroughly.

Great recommendation, thank you. I brought them in on some succulents, I think. Gonna check out these products now.
